Our BAITMASTERS soft sided menhaden oil dispenser comes with a 4.5 foot tube and a thumb wheel drip control valve so that you can control the flow of liquid being disbursed into the water and a loop on the top for attaching to a line. Hang the dispenser off a cleat on your boat or from a long line, the unit will float on the water surface.
